Shipping policy

Pre-made items will be shipped the next business day, same business day if ordered before 10am PST M-F non holidays.  Custom orders, Commissions and any Made-to-Order creations have their estimated creation time displayed in their listings.  We attempt to make that turn around time as quickly as possible.  Each step of the process needs time to cure, dry or set in between and we need to ensure that your creation will last a lifetime. 

We make a promise to use reclaimed shipping supplies whenever possible. This means your unique creation will arrive in a box that has been cleaned, decorated and repurposed.  We do this because we love the sweet Mother Earth and because it means that we get to pass on some savings to you! You work hard for your money, when you're buying a totally awesome piece from us you shouldn't have to pay ever more for shipping and handling.  So, we're reducing our footprint in order to save you some of that hard earned cash.
