Refund policy

Custom Commissions and Made to Order: All Custom Commissioned items are final sale and will not be refunded.  There is a very large amount of time and materials that go into making custom curated and created pieces and therefore we cannot offer a refund once the project has been paid for.  Since we take the time to incorporate all of your ideas, wants and wish list items into your custom piece, it is not something that we can take back and put "back on the shelf" so to speak. We begin work on your custom order immediately and they go into the work queue to be done in stages along with current projects. Thank you for your understanding!

Unique Art and Functional Art Pieces: Refunds are available for 15 days following purchase if there is something wrong with the item.  The item must be returned in full working order and in tact in order to receive a full refund. 

Please be sure to check the pictures of the product you are purchasing.  We strive to show all angles, sides and areas of every piece and we take pictures in full, natural sunlight with no filters to ensure that what you see is what you get. 

Since it can be difficult to see small details in photographs, please be aware that every single item in our shop is handmade.  We do not use any machinery or production companies.  Thusly, there will be minor imperfections from time to time like small bubbles in resin pieces, lines or slight imprints in clay work, etc.  This adds to both the unique qualities of each item and reminds us all that we are human, imperfect and beautiful at the same time through each creation.  You are buying our art, you are buying a piece of our soul and we thank you from the bottoms of cold black hearts!

Merchandise: All merchandise from the Harlot Fam Merch collection is designed by us at Harlot Handiwork.  The final product is produced and fulfilled by our partner, Printify. We offer full refunds for unused, unworn, unopened merch that is returned to our shipping address.  Please contact us to set up a refund for any Harlot Fam Merch.
